We feel certain that you will find our products to be of excellent quality and workmanship. We go to great lengths to secure the best materials, even if we have to have them custom made for us. We warranty all our custom-made binders and boxes for a full 30 days after you receive them.
Although we take great care in packing, shipping accidents do occur. You are responsible to inspect for damage on arrival. If damage has occurred, note on shipping document and call us immediately. Although our responsibility for damage ceases when the carrier accepts the shipment, we will file a claim for you and contact you about making a replacement. You must save the packing materials and cartons intact. Arrangements will be made to send a carrier representative to see you. Please do not return shipments until the inspection has been completed and until we have authorized a return.
All sales are final. Please do not return shipments without prior authorization. The return or exchange for all merchandise is subject to prior approval by us. Surprise collect shipments will be refused and returned at your cost. There will be no refund on returned merchandise. Only store credit and exchanges will be offered, if you contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. Returned items must be received within 14 days of the purchase date in their original and unused conditions - no exceptions. Please call us to discuss the situation.
All retail orders ship within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase. Paolo Cardelli does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Currently, Paolo Cardelli ships customer orders using UPS.
Paolo Cardelli charges sales tax for orders that are shipped to Maryland. Recipients of orders from all other states are responsible to comply with local and state tax laws.
